Overworked, training doesn't exist at all! Not enough hours given to the store to even have people work. You can not get stock put out and take care of customers only being one person.

They will hire anyone! The interviews need to be more professional and not just when can you start.

The pay for an ASM is ridiculous. You ro just as much if not more than the store manager and make nothing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to get better in line with todays market. The pay needs increased and also they need to staff their stores more if they want all freight out.
