Getting tasks accomplished, 100%. And lnowing I go above and beyond what is expected of me.

I already knew I had the job. I was offered a position before I applied. I applied to accept the position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because i have been a store manager, I stepped down so i could have a life. As a store manager you are 24/7 365 days a year married to the store. Life is too short and the money wasnt even close to worth it.
