What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Most stores are a mess due to under staffing and terrible planning of stores where they'll try and fit them into any space they can.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They're desperate for people at most stores and will hire just about anyone at this point but they can't hold onto people because over the overwhelming amount of work needed, especially when a store falls behind and can't get caught up all while the pay is too low and hours too little.
