I was told I would get a raise put in for me at the end of the quarter- it's almost the end of Feb and yep, still waiting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show no recognition.. I get more recognition from my customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all should work as a Team.. but some just do not appreciate each other-
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the customers and my manager is Awsome but no one ever recognizes certain ones work..
What did you like most about the interview process?
I put in for a transfer from the store I was originally at to the one I'm currently at, my manager is Awsome.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers. And I would be even happier if I got my raise- i been there 5yrs and you usually get a certificate for a five year mark- i havent even gotten that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm there everyday regardless if I'm sick or not, I hardly call in.. I'm in Remission from Cancer and I show up, do my work was told they would put a raise in for me this Feb- well its almost the end of Feb and, I'm still waiting.
