Everything including district managers and up. Not hearing us out nor want anything to do with an issue we have
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay us more for working over 50hrs including overtime and pay us back for using our own car to do bank runs. Also because of dollar general some of us almost died in the winter store because they made it mandatory for us to be at the store and open they dont care about our safety nor health
