The customers make my day!!I use to get 40 hrs a week, and now only 32!!! I've complained and nothing gets better!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work really really hard, I'm never late, never call in, always pulling a double because everyone else calls in sick ALL the time! And now~the assistant manager hated me and want me to quit!!
