The people I I worked with were great, management wasn't the greatest, store were overstocks with product and under staffed, trucks came weekly if we needed the product or not, backroom was always completely packed with new and old product

Not a lot but I had one great coworker that helped me through everything, the rest of the the female employees didn't ever do much unless forced
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate and Management need to communicate and stop sending in needed truck when most stores are all overstocked with things they don't need and understocked in things that sell
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Store Stockers really don't have much say I'm anything, but have to be responsible for all the products being on the shelf, maybe if management listen a Little more to their employees, and corporate listen to management a lot more would be done, communication isn't the company's strong suit
