Generally in my opinion the company has unreasonable expectations for their employees. Hours are long work is hard. Customer service isnt the easiest and anyone that's worked in this type of position can agree. We make you your money please take care of us. Should be a simple idea.

More hours overall for the staff. Better wages for the ones putting up with the day to day routines.
