It was a good experience at first but since October of last year we have a new manager she has ignored my request to be off most Wednesday and Thursdays and is only now giving me five hours a week due to being mad over me having a doctor's appointment and unable to work that evening I was scheduled

Everyone putting effort to do their job and help one another as a team
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of teamwork lack of professionalism from our manager and not enough hours for each of us evenly at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager handling things with more care and respect as a professional would be a start and all our team members doing their part in the store when they are on the job not sitting around talking or playing on their phone
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication... better communication is needed among the team and when one person does something wrong don't take it out on everyone take it up with that person who did what they weren't supposed to do and just being more respectful being stressed is no reason to be rude to your employees...
