Unless you are in management there is no PTO. In fact when closing cashiers have to click out at 15 past clising. But they arent allewed to leave until keyholder iis finished with their closing. So the cashier gives the company at least 15 minutes each night they close.

The manager kept it relaxed.

More competitive pay, PTO for all employees not just upper management,

A set list of duties. Senirity based promotions, or at least on merit.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling enough staff to meet duties. Giving employees more than 10 hours per week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some fellow co-workers are great to be around. Its the lazy ones that are a problen
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough staff. On most days there are only 2 employees there ar a time. We are janitors,stockers, baby sitters, and customer service.
