When we try, we get together and get stuff done, all hard work is done on the little man while executives sit on their chairs disconnected from the real stores
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give stores more hours, and fair working environments, its not uncommon for 2 people to run a entire store per day, as the stores each pull in millions of dollars a year
