They need to make up their mind on what they want their employees to do they need to train them when they come in to start working

I feel undervalued because I work my cell off I am there every single day I didn't more than an assistant manager does have not gotten my annual raise that I am supposed to get I would feel better if I can have my assistant manager position back and get my raise that I deserve
