What did you like most about the interview process?
My previous manager was awesome and broke down the ways to move up in the company and how to get raises .
What makes you most happy at work?
When i am with a crew and manager that cares about their job , employees and know what they are doing .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay for what i do , a set schedule of sorts , stock options and cheaper insurance . Seeing as how we destroy ourselves for the company .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well if we do our job well we get more work shoved on is while the store manager gets a bonus and we get nada ziltch zero not even a raise .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Theres no meetings only a group chat that is rediculous . Manager is oblivious and the assistant is a hateful person . Better management and better training and vetting of management would work wonders!
