The manager at my store is a bully and a tyrant. She is extremely volatile. Two nights ago she yelled at me on the sales floor in front of customers like I was a child. It is embarrassing and degrading and I plan to quit because of the fact she is allowed to get away with treating people that way.

Interacting with the customers and my co workers.

Letting the store level employees know who they are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Laid back fun place to be as long as Heidi is not there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are all kind and fun to be around. It's great as long as our manager is not there yelling at us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was never formally interviewed. Heidi hires anyone who walks in because she has such high turnover. If she was picky she wld have no employees.
