More Labor budget. 50% less product send to stores. And send the CORRECT products ! !

The people I work with on a daily basis. Todd and his people are out of touch with reality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My evaluations for the past 2 years have been "Exceeds Expectations" Yet, NO RAISES ! ! Insurance used to be great until "Obamacare" hit. Now it is higher and pays for nothing ! !
