My store manager is good. The district manager is horrible. Regional isnt much better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not the company just the store. My customers are great (mostly). The staff is great. We see the same people every day. Theyre all so friendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sick days or more pto. More hours for us to run the stores correctly. Get rid of driveline or let the stores do more. Train the store managers more.
