I lke my job because of the people i work with, and many of our regular customers. DG corporate however shows disregard for employees, providing no amenities whatsoever. No decent lunch area, no lockers for personal belongings, no conveyor belts or space at the registers, issues with heat & air

I'm part time, about 25 hours per week so this topic doesn't really pertain to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We pitch in and help each other as well as the customers. We are supportive and maintain a sense of humor.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interaction with other employees and with customers. After 3 years at my store most customers know me and we laugh often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We care about each other and about our store. This, as I've stated goes out the window when the DM comes in.
