It was fine. But did not get proper training or education on my tasks or property video training needed
The customers are what kept me there. Security is important to me and company felt leaving 2 young woman in a building with all company profits we're safe. Very unsafe no security at all.

Coworkers should always respect one another and should not collectively get into a group like high school children and talk about specific employees because that brings down the morale of the other employees and it also allows the other employees to mistreat an employee who is being talked about
Managers should be educated that they are not to use their race as a reason to be disrespectful. She the manager said she was disrespectful because she is from Jamaica and that is how they speak. Well here in America we use professional tones when speaking to employees as well as customers no matter
