Scheduling, maintenance, interpersonal skills, soft skills. Ability to train and show new employees the ropes .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 6 almost 7 days a week consistently and don't hit full time hours. to me that is maddening and frustration to be at work so much yet not getting even full time
