
I got along well with most coworkers
I really liked most coworkers. Only management was a problem. We could have a little banter, whilst still performing tasks.
I had a very nice interview and felt comfortable during it. The interviewer made me feel not nervous, which helped with answering questions.
Disrespectful management, talking down to employees and sometimes customers. Fairness to employees. Dont treat employees as disposable and wonder why no one wants to work for your company.
They rarely compliment your work ethics even though customers say you're their favorite and you have great service. Make the pay equal to or more than work load.
Being understanding. It should not result in punishment if people dont come in on off days or are out sick. Scheduling needs to be done ahead of time not days after the week has begun. Give warnings before termination. Alert employees to termination, not have them thinking they are still employed.
