We work together as a team to keep our store up & running. We've had to do this on 2 different occasions when went 6 months, then 3 months with no manager.
Have one great store manager- but she's at another store, yet she is more than willing to listen to our concerns & help point us in right direction to get things accomplished.
Pay better wages, give raises when employee earns them, not on a specific calendar date. Cut down quantity on inventory received when store is already fully stocked & merchandise ends up sitting on floor creating safety hazard for customers & employees.
I know that I give more than 100% to the company every day & should be paid accordingly to my hard work. I do things that are managerial & that 's not my title, & I don't receive compensation for this.
