I just honestly enjoy working fir dollar general. Its just the negativity that makes it bad

They honestly work hard but are always afraid tbey doing something wring and they nevwr know how they gonna be treated
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Miost of them are supportive and give helpful advice but the manager is always saying district manager says to fire people and replace them. Never know what ur walking into
