I am having a dispute over break times being told anything over 8 hours per DG policy I have to take 1 hour unpaid break. Handbook said 1-30 min & 2-15 pd for anything over 6 hours. Fighting for the correct answer.

People higher up & even same level taking into consideration other peoples skills, abilities and general well being as human beings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an employee I'm not being allowed to use the skills I have that would greatly benefit the store but being stuck doing other things. Pay increase for hourly employees.
