Dollar General is a high target store for theft. When most of that could be avoided if you add a decent amont of staff "especially" during the evening. Then your asked to call your manager at any time for any reason and if she does not like you she will leave you out there hanging.

Change in Manager and District Manager

A district manager who actually cares for her employees

Starting from the store manager and above. They have no respect for there team. Theybare clearly there just for a paycheck
What are some of the best things about your team?
The staff as a whole knows how to respect each other and work together. But they get no assistance from the manager or above
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We clearly have to have training that will teach how to approach or deal with someone who is stealing feom the company and they do not follow there own training videos they do the complete opposite
