Pay is disappointing. I only make $11 for full time key holder and that's with 2 pay raises and 2 promotions. a dollar raise as a cashier (actually pretty good for just cashier) .25 cents for year anniversary. .75 cents for taking pt key and a dollar for taking full key

We work together as a whole team,have the same goals, lean on each other through hard times
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing I make as a manger the same as I would working a drive thru at McDonald's is disappointing. We put up with a lot and do alot for little recognition
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are a family. We've made it through a lot of hard times. Only the strong survive and without a good team I can't see it being a great place to work.
