
Because we are understaffed we are all pretty friendly with each other.
If managers and crew members weren't overworked or expected to do impossible tasks to keep a store running because they are understaffed. Also would help if they hired and trained competent managers.
Shift leaders are lucky to get any training, so are managers. Most managers either don't know what they are doing or are shady and do questionable things. This 'leadership team is non existent in my area.
