I've been at Dollar General for a year and 5 months. I've been bullied by the ASM. I've been assaulted by my coworker's boyfriend at work, nothing was ever done about it other than talking to his mother. I've been harassed by the coworker and her boyfriend when she was off the clock .

I feel we all need to learn the Fred system which means that we need to make the customer a friend who we are glad that they came to shop.
