How the manager was laid back and wanted me to be myself and answer questions rather than feel like there was a wrong answer.
What makes you most happy at work?
Actually being able to repair a broken store without interruptions because there's enough help to do it. Seeing the transformation and hearing the customer's praise is greatly appreciated. They see how much we work but are still constantly held to a standard that is hard to reach without help
