The people and teamwork are great.

Managers were very friendly and understanding
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to get stock out without a lot of overstock (which is rare) and seeing my coworkers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a lot of work for not much pay. And it caps off after so much so I can't hope to make more even if I deserve it
