What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to be more constructive and upfront than they are! I am retired and just working to stay active. I like working with Dollar General but they need to improve their ideology. Yes this area needs improvement from upper management!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work really hard trying to meet unreasonable goals! I am very proud of the way the everyday employees are trying to meet these goals. To buy $100.00 worth of company shirts places an extreme hardship for my fellow workers. More to come!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The employee culture is really poor! Yes,I work for Dollar General them don't know how to support their own personal. I have been working with them for 5 months months now, and still haven't been able to contact or been advised of benefits that l may apply for. I can see why people leave !
