The DG company continues to underpay at store level and payroll is SO tight that stores cant keep up with daily projects! This also create dirtier stores and alot of Disarry in the locations! Too much outdated or expired product on shelves! Turnover at Dm and Store manager level way too high.

My DM doesnt make decisions - they are driven by the RM The DM is a puppet!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our customers know the managers have to work too many hours. They also know they ask too much of us on holidays. DG execs said WE have to bevopen in holidays as our customers demand it. They do not. Its Corp Greed that makes us open!
