There are only a few I would consider a team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers and our customers. Moat days are really positive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Understaffed. The workers that do work are given crappy hours or are single coverage. The store manager is not doing her part all the way around. As well as the workers who do nothing but stay on their phone and do the bare minimum required are not reprimanded, slighted hours or anything.
