The gm needs to take back or the store. And start doing her job.

You need to get the negative people out of their that treat the customers badly.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If the things that where promise during the interview process where followed through. Like I told the gm I needed the weekends off once my boyfriend went on the road worked just about every weekend up till then. When it was time she told me everyone that asks for weekends off will get cut hours.
