What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership. Store managers have so much put on them and DG does not offer help at all. Their entire logistics is a hot mess and no one cares.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was interviewed and hired over the phone 600 miles away. I worked one day with that manager and he was fired the next day and they handed me the keys and said "good luck".
