As a new manager i am working way over hours and pay is to little for the amount of work expected of me. I am high shrink store and have no panic button or red phone my people are leaving because of safety issues and i can not keep working like this. I have not had but, 2 days off in 2 months

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
working 70 plus hours a week with no life outside of work because of this. 2 days off in 2 months and working solo many days i dont know if there is enough compensation for this.
