I feel that as leaders ( SM) we should get holiday pay! It's fair enough since we work more hours that they pay us as it is! Also we have to work alone sometimes.

The store that I'm currently i put so kany hours to literally clean it and prepared for inventory ! I've never heard results! And the fact i might not even get inventory bonus because only been there for like 5.5 months! I
