Worst expect people to things that others get paid more to do, do have major issues with constructive dismissal...put there employees besides Store managers in harm way everyday...and allows for retaliation by not putting you on the schedule if they don't like you instead of writing you up

Maturity tests...they are needed for the managers they c act like cliques in high school

We don't even have meetings. manager removed from the schedule to force you to quit by not giving you hours
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The ones keeping the store together is the lower end employees that get treated like crap while store managers are paid and not even at the job site
