Nothing really. There's a blatant sense of apathy from the store manager EJ

Take the store manager EJ out of the process and it would be much easier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone except EJ the store manager is wonderful. Everyone gets along well and we get plenty accomplished together as a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store manager Ej is killing the business by turning off customers in droves and making all the good employees quit by being so rude and disrespectful
