Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but I signed up for 40 hours and was only getting 23. I can't live on that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees and customers were kind. Some of the customers, I actually got to know on a first name basis in less than a month .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
During the summer there was no air-conditioning. There was only one fan at the front of the store and whoever was working the back of the store sweated like crazy.
