It is very stressful at times . Everything is fast pace and has to be done right then and very micromanage

Nothing is positive in the work environment at the store . Alway something breaks or the system crashes daily and it get stressful
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at the store is very hard working people . But you can see the stress in the store manager face when things are getting to much or when she can't catch a break from either customers or her district manager him self .
