Everyone's nice and polite and eager to help if you run into a problem

Working on the register, talking to the customers, listening to the customers little stories and making a customer smile

Seeing our customers come in happy and talkative and all the coworkers that are working there are very helpful with the customers and we work as a team

When the manager asked me how I would do with working with people on the register and where I wanted to go with Dollar General in the future
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Someone will explain what we get because right now being part-time you don't get nothing and even less part-time or take a lot of group from our customers that no one else has to.
