What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speaking to their employees, to make them feel as if they are no lesser than the higher up employees, we should be treated with respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work every day of the week, and I have to do 8 different things while running a cash register, and dealing with unruly customers. It's extremely irritating and anyyoning the disfunction in my store and disorganized shelves cant find anything.
