
Much of the staff become very good friends and you get to know a lot of the regular customers
They need to help make it easier for good employees to advance rather than having unmotivated and inexperienced people hired for supervisory and management positions.
Some of my co-workers need to learn to follow directions from management and take care of their job duties rather transferring problems with others because they do not want to do their job duties. Others are great but they need to learn to stand firm toward the people below them
