What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication. We often don't talk about what needs to be done enough or it's hard to get things done right cause the other party isn't actually listening

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need actual employee discounts and we need a system update. The registers we've had have been there since at least the 90's and the software is out of date. It's also impossible to get stock amounts adjusted at any other time of inventory.
