Team members are great except for the conniving asst store manager and a store manager who doesn't know how to run a store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They base a raise on your store's sales, profitability, and yearly inventory. If your inventory is walking out the door daily in thieves pockets and bags, you can't have a good inventory. You can't ask for help. If you do, you get laughed at like I did from the Loss Prevention Manager and the DM.
