I earned $2 more doing the same exact thing at a similar company. I would feel better if the company paid you according to your experience and not seniority
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Help each other cover days that are needed off by other employees. I was forced to cover for multiple people who wouldn't cover for me. Nobody else was forced to cover the days that I sincerely needed off.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are understaffed and can't seem to find help that wants to stay employed with our company. This causes us to always have to rush to get truck done, stock shelves and clean store as well as cashier and tend the needs of the customer. It can be exhausting. Hiring more staff would be a big help.
