From the top to bottom needs to get better!

Showing up first. Being on time. Working during shift. Caring.

Better pay for amount of hours have to work! 60-70 hrs week for what they say is 45hrs

Starting from top to bottom they need to overhaul everything. Don’t pay well so all they get

Absolutely nothing! All these statistics and graphs it’s amazing to see how HR or office positions rate so high about salary and benefits. Bonuses. And how low from store manager to cashiers rate it! That’s our world we live in.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Time it takes to get hired. Apply and wait. Set up interview and wait. Have interview and wait. Background check is so slow. Drug test for cashier position at minimum wage. All this just to get in door to work 10-15 hrs a week at 7.85
