My closest coworkers are the most positive thing followed by certain customers and vendors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping managers and lower workers when something is wrong with their stores, instead of ignoring the problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Keys do the same work as assistants, sometimes even more and should be paid equally as them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very causual and laid back I got a very good idea of what the manager was like.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my coworkers can't be bothered to pull their weight leaving most of the work for both shifts to fall on a few people
