I was not properly informed about how few hours I would receive no matter how long it hard I worked with DG
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got hired for the minimum amount possible in my department/job description in the country and I later found every other grocery store company starts their employment of similar positions off at $2-$5 more an hour than what DG gave me!
