
The questions were standard. The person interviewing me was nice.
The leadership is confused about it's priorities. And the customer usually suffers.
There is no best part of our compensation package. It has the bare minimum, but at least we have it. I am not ungrateful.
We do our best to maintain a good attitude and keep a relationship with our customers, in spite of the numerous issues we have in this store.
They need to listen to their store managers. The people that are on the front line and are trying to keep customers coming back. Take an interest in all of the stores, the way they look and they way they function.
The "powers that be" need to come down and take a look at the store. We have a front door that hasn't worked in at least 2 years and it's dangerous. The way they have the deliveries scheduled is not convenient to trying to operate a clean, uncluttered store.
